Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  1. The title should be concise and to the point, and be allowed to include a subtitle with a maximum total consisting of 14 syllables. Make the author's name, institutional affiliation, and email address under the title of the article; and the authors do not need to include an academic degree.
  2. JIP limits the number of authors to a minimum of two and a maximum of seven authors in one manuscript, with different affiliations for each author (minimum of two affiliations in one manuscript).
  3. The manuscript is in Microsoft Word using Book Antiqua size 11 with 1.2 spacing (use the template JIP) and written in American English (English US), which should contain approximately 4.000–7.000 words, including text, all tables, figures, notes, references, and appendices intended for publication.
  4. The manuscript must include a 150–200 word abstract and 5 keywords. The abstract should contain the title, purpose, method, and findings.
  5. Bibliographical references must be noted in body note and bibliography according to APA Style. All works cited must appear in the reference list at the end of the article and arrange alphabetically. All citations and references must use the Mendeley app.
  6. Confirm that this manuscript is being submitted solely to Jurnal Ilmiah Peuradeun, and is not published elsewhere, or submitted elsewhere (Attach the author's statement).
  7. Jurnal Ilmiah Peuradeun adheres to a Double-Blind Review process that is rapid, fair, and also ensures a high quality of articles published. All manuscripts submitted to this journal will be reviewed by at least two or more reviewers with the "Double-Blind Review" system. (Read Review Process).

Brief Instructions for Authors

Here's a quick guide before you submit your manuscript to this journal:
  1. Before submitting your manuscript, please read our online guide on How to increase the online readership of your article
  2. Fluent, comprehensible, and correct use of English is the main criterion. The authors should ensure that the manuscript has no lingual problems. Otherwise, it is rejected in the pre-assessment. Proofreading is strongly advised.
  3. To submit a new manuscript, click on "New Submission" in the link. To continue a submission already in progress, follow the step-by-step request, do not forget to click "Save and Continue", and follow the requested process until finished.
  4. If you are submitting a revision and the option has expired, please contact the Editor to ask for an extension.

Author Guidelines

The manuscript sent to our editorial will be considered for publication if it meets the following criteria:
  1. Is scientific and focused on reviews of related problems that emphasize contemporary Asian issues with interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches.
  2. It must be original and based on research and a contributing literature review for the development of knowledge.
  3. The manuscript must be research-based, not published elsewhere, and not under review for possible publication in other journals.
  4. The manuscript consists of the title, author’s name, institution, email address, abstract, keywords, content, and references.
  5. The title must be clear, precise, and no more than 14 words.
  6. The author does not need to include an academic title.
  7. The manuscript is in Microsoft Word, using Book Antiqua size 11 with 1.2 spacing (Use the template JIP).
  8. The manuscript should be written in American English (English US) between approximately 4.000-7.000 words, including text, all tables, figures, notes, references, and appendices intended for publication.
  9. The manuscript must include a 150–200 word abstract and 5 keywords. The abstract should contain the title, purpose, method, and findings.
  10. Quotations, passages, and words in local or foreign languages should be translated into English.
  11. Bibliographical references must be noted in body note and bibliography according to APA Style.
  12. The paper will be reviewed and edited without changing any substantial content.
